Core TrainingThe ultimate class for strong backs and sculpted abdominal muscles. This class will make you feel strong from the inside out by using your deep core and back muscles more efficiently.

Body Ball Workout You will have your own fitness ball to focus on changing the emphasis of the muscle due to the different angles and increasing your range of motion. This will enhance balance and stability while taking pressure off of your back.

Zumba Is a fusion of dance themes that create an exciting, dynamic, and effective fitness system! Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Body Conditioning This powerful workout stimulates your muscles using various strength training exercises. These include interval training with a combination of different weights and resistance equipment to tone and sculpt the body.

A skin fold caliper is used to determine your lean muscle-to-body fat ratio. Refrain from any exercise prior to this service. The seven-site test includes computer-analyzed data and graphs. Shorts and loose athletic shirt are required.

Personalized Stretching Program

Private Hike 
Join one of our experience guides through our beautiful trails. Bottled water is provided (hiking boots or athletic shoes are required). Sunscreen is suggested.

This comprehensive program outlines your physical abilities after which an instructor develops and individual plan, reducing limitations to optimize swing mechanics. Includes a "total picture" of your body, enhancing your game though specific exercises geared towards improving strength, core strengthening, balance and endurance.
